I’ve been in the UK for a while, but looking at investment opportunities in my home country of India. Taxation is much lower there across the board. Does anyone have recs around accountants who can help me navigate UK taxation on my company’s income there (I don’t plan to pay myself a dividend for a few years, but apparently HMRC can decide that because I am the director of that company, I ‘control’ it, and therefore should be taxed 45% on the company’s profits lol unless I file a certain way).
