Probably not really, the partnership is already in progress of bring baked for the last 5 years
The acquisition isn't complete but there's been an agreement to it. Transaction is due around end of March. However, as someone else has already said, Jacobs has owned 65% of PA since 2021, and we do a lot of work together, so this isn't as drastic a change as it could be.
The plan is to maintain separate brands - although we obviously have a lot of sector overlap and some capability overlap, both companies have quite distinct offerings. The pay and benefits structures are being kept as-is for pretty much everyone except Partners as far as I can tell (this is pretty galling from a Jacobs side as someone whose role has a huge amount of overlap with the PA equivalent, but for half the cash). So, if you're planning to enter PA at, say, MC or below, it won't make any difference to you. If what you're after is Partner track, you might want to wait and see how it unfolds.
