Director or exec director? Director is highly dependent on department. Anywhere between £100-160k+.

Some of the pharma companies are liberal with the director title, many being an IC and it’s reflected in a low base salary of c100k or less and others it will be a meaningful leadership role with a base close to 150k. In general you can then add 15-30% for cash bonus and a similar number for LTIs.

Very variable. We had a director from a client come and join us as an SM.

I have experienced exactly the same thing as this

Found a random engagement ring.

Hi all, so I found a platinum ring (which I assumed it's an engagement ring as it has dates and initials engraved on top.) And a Divvy tag (I have no idea what it was until I googled it. Apparently it's a bike sharing service in Chicago) in a briefcase I ordered online. I was thinking of returning the item back to the store but that wouldn't help the person who lost the ring. Attached is a picture of them.

What should I do now?

**I'm not in Chicago

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon. No other issues have been found other than my PCOS (HSG shows tubes open). Curious about your experiences. And the reason I mentioned lean PCOS is because it seems for others with PCOS part of the fertility path is diet/exercise/weight loss but I am already very tiny.
