Why is it that some people don't leash their dogs outside? Has this ever caused an issue for you? I had to watch a guy get a nasty bite while trying to get someone's loose dog off of his, and all the other person had to say was how "out of character" that was 😑 I'm not trying to shame anyone (maybe a little), but it's not the first time I see stuff like that.
