Have you found "privacy by design" to be effective in practice, or just a buzzword?

Industry conferences with good networking and actually worthwhile sessions? Or am I doomed to bad coffee and sales pitches?

What is your current salary? How long did it take you to get there?

Does switching jobs every few years seem like the only way to get a significant pay bump? Loyalty to my current company doesn't seem to be paying off...literally.

Can we agree that those job postings with no salary range are a red flag? It's a waste of everyone's time to dance around the topic until the final interview.
