Any book recommendations on change management?
Microsoft is hiring an account executive and I’m really interested in the role. I have B2B sales experience in a different industry, but my skills include lead generation, prospecting, account management, negotiating, etc (all within the C Suite and other decision makers).
Would appreciate knowing if this is something I have a shot at with no tech sales experience and what I could expect for promotional opportunities and compensation.
Thanks for the help!

Lots of privacy operations roles are non-lawyer roles. You can get your foot in the door with tech experience, privacy knowledge and certifications, and data analysis or trust and safety experience.
Not sure of your area of experience or schooling up to this point, but maybe a position like a legal assistant or secretary. Being within the law sphere in some sense can go a long way. And you’ll more than likely be making some great connections in that time too.
