Does knowing about how data is misused ruin online shopping for you, or do you shop blissfully unaware?

It doesn’t impact my shopping habits at all. And this is knowing what they do with data.

Do I know that I'm being profiled and segmented and tracked? Yes. Am I fine with that? Also yes.

Same. Why would I care? I know exactly what's happening and couldn't care less.

I make sure I never never ever let any site “save” my info. Never accept any other T&Cs not related to processing my payments.

I only shop at well known giant companies (although let’s be honest, it’s a dumper fire everywhere). But I try to have excellent data hygiene but again I’m fully aware of it all and I’m sure it’s probably useless.

Any suggestions ?
Budget is $1000 with some good lens. Any deals will be appreciated. Following Slickdeals though.
How's Nikon Z50 vs Fujifilm xt30?
Both are under $1K.
It will really help if someone explains which one is better. It will ease my search process.

Hi all,
Been doing privacy for about a year now in-house. Got my CIPP/US.
Having major imposter syndrome still. I feel like the minute I finally have a grasp, something changes. The law and nuances just seem overwhelming. Maybe it’s just a lack of guidance/uniformity in the US. I’m not sure if I feel this way because it is simply the nature of the work or because I’m just not capable.
