Nope. Would refuse to agree to that.
Just because it's not legally required doesn't necessarily mean that it's a dumb or weird request. I don't really see why we would push back on this, it makes a lot of sense to me.
No it doesn’t.
Yes. It used to be generally healthcare and banks, but we've had quite a few customers in other industries that are not highly regulated push for this.
One compromise we've used is data will be hosted in the US, but we can access from outside the US. But for some of our customers, that was a no-go and we caved to their request.
how does caving to their request work for you in practice? do you have to reorganize service assets internally?
No. I wouldn’t agree to it until there’s a law that tells me to.
