Since EY Law does not provide evidence of filling for H1b, how sure can one be that the company really filed for them? With the high rate of H1b denials, I doubt EY Law really filed for everyone.

Just curious, for those that have 1 yr OPT and at EY, PwC and KPMG, what do you do if you dont get selected in the h1b? I heard they dont allow day 1 cpt?

If you are not selected for the H1b lottery this year, will EY law automatically enter you into the lottery for next year or you need a new approval process?

Thinking of taking up an offer with Deloitte. If EY matches the offer, does that mean I can never apply for Deloitte again in the near future? Deloitte is sponsoring a H1B transfer as well.
