I have accepted an offer with EY NYC as a Senior Analyst (Senior 2) Tax and they are considering to transfer me on a L1 visa. I have over 4 years of EY experience in an abroad country where im a Senior too. My job description qualifies for manager responsibilities. Im Indian and I would like to go through EB1c . Would they give me l1b or l1A ? Any other fellow Indians on L visa in EY US?

I have an idea that I think could change the shape and makeup of the industry, and reduce discrimination in the hiring process.

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
