Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?
Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I know if you transfer to an EY office in another country you get the $25K as soon as you leave, regardless if it’s been 3 years or not. Not sure what happens if you have to leave the firm due to visa ending. Your People Consultant or even submitting your question to the BYB email would be the best places to find out
Yes I did this! As long as you go from working at EY US directly to the next EY office, you get the banked bonus once you start at the new job. So on my first day in the new country (I took like 2 weeks off to move), I sent proof to my US HR leader letting her know I began there and she hit the button for me to get the banked bonus. It was awesome!! But double check this with your HR person first. I asked them so many questions to ensure I would get this
3 year retention period to have ey joining bonus?!
No this is for promotion bonus. You can get 5k now or defer it and get 25k after 3 years
In the BYB email there’s a link to common FAQs. They cover immigration issues and how they’re handled.
Based on the FAQs I think you just get it if you have to leave the US firm due to visa issues
