Ya no complaints with EY law too so far. I mean USCIS isn’t a friendly thing to deal with and so definitely it all trickles down on us in one or other way no matter how nice your Law firm is. That’s how American law makers have designed the Immigration System.
Nope. It is the same everywhere. Legal immigrants are a priority for absolutely NO ONE.
NO ONE cares!

This is true I guess
.but other countries are better is it?
Whatever it is at Deloitte, it’s not better at EY
I actually have never had an issues with EY Law, maybe it’s the group of people who’ve worked on my cases but no complaints on my part (hopefully that remains the case)
When I started my GC process with Seyfarth back in 2016, I had the best experience dealing with them. However it seems their service and attitude have gone south for the past few years

H1bs are a modern slaves for them.... they want to squeeze every bitof them ... they really dont care about h1bs at all... neither the government or company...

This is so sad
EY is bad
You have to send multiple emails and escalate - what are you trying to do
I got them to file premium for my H1B adjustment of status last year. I was out for a month on unpaid leave as well
I actually had good experience with EY law during GC process. I got direct contact with the lawyers on my case, and they are super responsive. But it took me forever to get the process started. HR and V&I consultant dragged for months to the point that I couldn’t wait anymore, so I reached out to my partners and they helped me escalate. I had the same issue with H1B extension... So if you could reach out to your partners, they might be able to push things forward for you. Getting direct contact with lawyers help too. HR is the worst.

Don’t blame the law firm blame Deloitte they make it inflexible

Yes. The lawyer advised premium himself and told me that he is not getting permission. So law firm is all good. In fact they are responding well and even called me
This is par for the course at most places. I’d keep a close tab on things myself instead of expecting the immi team to do it.
From my personal point of view, i have been at Deloitte and PwC, PwC is way better at handling immigration matters than D.
From my past experience at KPMG, all big 4 accounting firms are worst at immigration. Not friendly and have too many strict policies that lead to seemingly bonded labor.
No one can beat PwC law, thy never response nor do they care. In fact it’s one of the reason I am looking for a change
Identical experience here
No complaints with EY Law
No complaints with EY Law so far
BAL/Deloitte manages immigration for Google. It’s same here, a constant headache!
