Gained knowledge of cyber security and planning to switch . Infosys currently agreeing to switch to IVS unit however not agreeing to any salary hike or Hybrid or WFH Model

On other hand has offer from Israel product based telecom company on Devops role with 60% salary hike and hybrid work policy(planning to switch domain to cyber security 1 year later)

Which is the better option to go for ?

Been contracted for almost a year and I have all the experience for full time technician, I just can't afford the price of the tests. My current gig has yet to onboard me even though I have stellar recommendations from higher ups in the company speaking of my work and professionalism. Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

With the global economic situation as is, is it worth the risk to change to a job I know i'd like more with less pay, and potentially less job security?

No response from them. My DOJ is on Dec 13, do TCS keep me in blacklist if I don't join? Please suggest.
