I cracked a small startup interview (they have just 13 employees) and they have already released offer letter. But I also want to sit for further interviews throughout my notice period. But this startup is pressuring me to give them an update about the offer. I have asked a couple of days' time from them. If I accept their offer now and not join later, can they take steps against me?

Java Interview experience with Birlasoft : The interviewer was referring to a pdf for asking questions and was expecting word to word answers as written in his pdf. Even when I was trying him to explain, he was not ready to listen. Even he sent me the answer screenshot from his pdf to my whatsapp for one of the question saying you should have told this 😂

Hi All, please help me with my question. Recently I attended interview with Infosys through a referral. The role required minimum 3 yrs of experience. I have 2.9 yrs of experience. When my notice period ends, I would complete 3 years.
However, I didn't want to miss this opportunity and role, hence gave 3 yrs as experience in the form and submitted, gave technical round a week back.more
