Hi All, please help me with my question. Recently I attended interview with Infosys through a referral. The role required minimum 3 yrs of experience. I have 2.9 yrs of experience. When my notice period ends, I would complete 3 years.

However, I didn't want to miss this opportunity and role, hence gave 3 yrs as experience in the form and submitted, gave technical round a week back.

I didn't heard anything from them. But in portal it shows review in progress. Infosys Tata ConsultancyDeloitte

What is the best way to reach out after not getting the job to ask for feedback? Do interviewers really ahve time to provide feedback for the candidate they didn't go with?

Anyone have insight how long it will take after a panel interview to get word on whether the position is going to be offered or not? Recommendations on follow ups with HR to find out status?

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
