I already have an offer with a company and currently serving NP, LWD is November 25th. I am getting few calls from HRs through naukri and they are asking if i have an offer in hand.
I want your suggestions what should i tell them yes/no also can i tell them the offered ctc?

Actually two company (companyA and Rategain) interviews got completed in parallel, Rategain completed first and I asked them 16 LPA as Initially I had 13 LPA offer, and they are preparing but have not yet shared anything. Other companyA offer got completed in between and they gave 17 LPA fixed
So should I convey to Rategain recruiter that I have not got 17 LPa and I seek 19 LPA now 😂. or first I should I take offer from them and convey them later?
