I'm a business Analyst. I have 5 years of experience and I am searching for job currently and have applied in 20 jobs so far. Hi I had someone recently tell me I should have my education and certifications above my experience on my resume. I found this weird as I thought since I had 5 years of work experience that would go first. They said since I graduated college in 2020 and was actively in a certificate program those should go above my current experience. Thoughts?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

Anyone dealt with an assistant who fakes helplessness? I share this person with a partner, and I think she’s very helpful for him (so he loves her) but with me she acts like an idiot.
