I feel like running away
I am new to a role and I have multiple report due tomorrow that many people rely on to do their work. But I havent ever done them before so I'm stressed out of my mind. Im thinking of just doing my best but i am 100 percent sure that they will be wrong. The weight of making things go wrong is heavy. Ive talked to coworkers but they said id be better over time. But the thing is what I have to turn on is so important it literally can not be wrong..........

Should i hide that i didn't pass CFA level 1 when on the interview for other consultancy firm?
Should i write something in CV? I plan to opt again in May 2022. I know that i can mention that I'm CFA level 1 candidate (may 2022)

1. LearningMate: 24 LPA + 10% variable, Kolkata

2. Harman Connected Services: 24.5 LPA + 7.5% variable + 5L JB (2 years clawback), Bangalore (WFH in 2022)

YOE: 9 years, Current location is Kolkata

WLB is similar in both, depends on the project. Tech Stack is newer in LM. LM culture matches with mine. HCS has employee discounts in all Samsung products, health insurance cover for parents and parents-in-law included in the offer.

-recently graduated college
-degree useless if not for medschool
-started job as QA data reviewer (4 months)
-barely get by financially (~35k)
-promotions are time based (years) not performance
-senior staff does same exact job as I do for more pay due to time (if not worse)
-don’t see competitive career growth in my field

When looking for people going from one Big 4 to another (or IBM, ACN, etc) albeit a different group, what do you look for/ what makes you take that chance on them?

How is the Associate Manager (Level 8) role at Accenture with regards to SAP? Is it a functional role or a mix of managerial as well? Are there onsite chances for European projects?
