Dentsu peeps, anybody received bonus yet or notice of a bonus?

Please let me know if anyone faced or heard of such scenario..
In offer letter it is written i need to pay back the joining bonus if i leave the company or get terminated within 1 year.
If i resign within 1 year (at 10th month) and my last working day falls after 1 year, counting 90days notice, do i still need to pay the joining bonus back?

Could anyone please tell me what is the fixed salary range for grade 26 according to current market trend. I'm yet to have a salary discussion. Experience 4.9 years, skillset : java, Microservices, springboot and js.
Cctc : 12.6 lpa
Offer in hand : 18 fixed

If same salary offered, would you go with with EY GPS or industry? I don’t know what are the benefits offered by EY but the industry company have very good benefits. I would like to have your insights to make a decision. Thanks family!

Do most firms start reporting years in September or January? Prior firm did an August year for counting hours and then another did January (both Amlaw 200). Looking at an Amlaw 100 to lateral in the fall (so trying to anticipate how much of the year I’ll have). I’ll ask what bonus/reporting year but just curious if most follow the same.

When you’re applying for a new job, how do you put together a conflicts report without raising flags at your current firm? A firm I am applying to wants every matter I’ve worked on, all adverse parties, etc., but I feel like asking our conflicts department for that information is as good as saying “I’m trying to leave, don’t pay me a bonus.”

I got selected in Deloitte, after giving 3 rounds of interview.
Holding an offer of 8lpa.
In the salary discussion round with the HR I specified 12lpa(fixed) expected. They said, it is subject to business approval, and this amount is usually not met. But I stayed adamant and asked them to mention 12 itself. Have I made a mistake? will they ghost me?

quick question related to EB3 to EB2 conversion.
- EB3 I40 was approved on April 2014. was upgraded to EB2 I140 was approved on Dec 2018.
- Per USCIS, the current Filing date for EB3 is now 01/01/2015 (India) and EB2 is now (5/15/2011).
Can I still use the EB3 date for filing purposes or do I need to wait till my EB2 priority date?

Work life balance is a fancy term used by recruiters in India in IT services sector, in a still developing economy like India it befalls on our generation to bring business provide uniterrupted services to clients sitting in developed world.
Unless the roles are reveresed and India wants similar IT services by giving hefty billing on our own timezone the term WLB is like expecting snowfall in Delhi.
For IT service people WLB is a state of mind when one has established oneself into the process.
