1 year into consulting and I constantly feel like I am too slow, not good enough and make too many mistakes. How do I know if I am up to snuff

I’m trying to get my parents into adopting healthier eating habits but nothing is really sticking. Do you have any recommendations or like books I can give them to teach them what’s actually good to eat vs. falling for good marketing/ fads?

Hello, I have been with the same company for 17 years. I am a supervisor for a laboratory in patient services. I worked my way up and currently have no degrees. Has anyone been able to work their way up in a company and then find a similar job with another company? I’m nervous that I’m stuck based on the fact that I don’t have a degree.

The agency I work at has been struggling for more than 1.5 years. A mass exodus ensued naturally. Do I stay or go too? I'm not that unhappy and things have to get better?

Is Prince 2 worth it for my long term goals? And how valuable is it? Is there other qualifications worth pursuing e.g. Prince 2 Agile?

Considering joining a small 50-person company as the only attorney (prior attorney is retiring). (I am currently in-house at a F50). For others who have done the same path, what surprises did you have when moving from a large company to a small one?

For example, it sounds like I should not expect a document management system, based on a prior post in this bowl. I’m guessing expenses like state bar fees and cell phone are not reimbursed.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I have been teaching for three years and I am switching from prek to 3rd next year. I have experience but it's been awhile. Any advice for not a new teacher but a new to third grade teacher?
