Has anyone tried to enforce a European non-compete/non-solicit (both foreign choice of law and venue) in the US? Recommendation for a tax person to help with complicated taxes - husband and I lived in NJ for part of 2021, he worked remotely for an nyc and then Long Island co., I worked in NJ and for a MA firm. We also both took parental leave and taxes weren’t taken out of some of that pay. Also, need child credit for said child who the IRS doesn’t know about yet.

Thinking of moving out of Manhattan. I’m a native New Yorker, but longing for some real outdoor space and to get a car again. I’m in my early 30s, and considering kids in the next few years (so the reality of not being able to set up here forever/afford private schools, etc. is real). Welcome all suggestions on neighborhoods ppl love that are still commutable. Yes, I’d love a brownstone in Park Slope, but totally out of budget. Looking for something around 750k or less that checks all the boxes.

Been living in a luxury building for about a year and start noticing that I have a mild cough when I’m in the building.
