2 years post undergrad where should i move the education section on my resume to? I've seen cases where people move that education block to the bottom of the page, above additional skills and info. Is this correct?

Yes thats the way to go. 1st your work experience and then your education section once you have a couple of years of experience

is 2 years enough to begin moving the education section? Or should i wait 1 or 2 more years?

2 years is good enough but if you’re education is super impressive you can keep it on the top
