It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble.
