Hi there. For those that are going backdoor IRAs, how do you avoid getting double taxed? For example, I contributed 6000 to my traditional IRA (post tax since im above the income limit) and then rolled over to a ROTH. However only 5700 shows up in my ROTH (the remainder being taxed) am I not being double taxed?

Does ThoughtWorks also have the internal client round even after the job offer? What is the bench policy over there?

Though there are no legal implications, the management has warned me against moving out for at least 6 more months. And yesterday I received a c2h offer from Deloitte.
