I’ve worked at a few shops and have encountered maybe 2-3 account mgrs who worked to sell good work and protect timelines. Lots of box-checking.

Hey guys! I just received luckily enough two offer from two big companies: one as a Senior UX in SAP Concur and another one at Microsoft as a Designer II in Microsoft Teams. The role matters until a certain point to me. What does it matter is career and learning perspectives. Do you have any previous experience with one of the two companies? Are there any scrum masters out there willing to take me on as a mentee? I recently received my CSM, but I know that is not enough to get a job. I am looking for someone to show me the ropes and help me apply what I learned in the CSM course so I can start applying for jobs within the next 6 months. Curious to get some input: looking into a golf getaway for my birthday in late February and really honing in on either Kiawah or Pinehurst.

Been to Kiawah before around that time of year and loved it-- the Ocean Course was my favorite golf experience, but I also feel the urge to try something else. Thoughts? TIA!

Woman here, question to men golfers:
I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?
