I did murph yesterday and now my arms feel broken. Will probably do some stretching and then hit back squats, deadlift and then some ab work.
Chest and tris this morning. Finished with an ab circuit. My legs are still sore from 2 days ago and I hate myself for not stretching.
Full body strength + spin today! 🏋🏼♀️🚴♀️
