Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

You might need more sleep if you aren’t feeling rested enough. I don’t think it has to do with exercise, as this typically increases energy levels.
I like to work out an hour or so after dinner. When I started last year I was resting the following two days, but eventually got to every other day. Sleeping way better than before.
