How are projects allocated to new joinees in Accenture? How long do they allow to be on bench!!

I heard, there are projects shortage @IBM in Oracle Apps currently. (As my colleagues are on the bench for 2+ months in IBM after joining)

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

According to current scenario, what would be the timeline in bench to get the project. I got an mail to get the project within 30 days so If I am not able to get it , is there any consequences on it. Please help me my queries.

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Also what do you guys fill in notes while filling the timesheet when on bench?

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang). One concern for me is the potential of a recession in late 22 into 23 with the fed rate hikes. My fear is if that happens, me being on the chopping block as new in house counsel. Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Does anyone know of any non profit companies (for loan forgiveness purposes) that offer at least part time, if not full time, telemedicine work? I know this is a long shot but I have been very curious if such a thing exists.

Does Brillio Pays the variable full? I understand it's company and individual performance linked.. but generally in Deloitte even the average performance get it full or even above that.. or is it more like Indian IT companies where they will pay only half ..
