Currently talking to recruiters for a new job and it is honestly such a turnoff when they talk too much about having a strong company culture and/or talking about making sure I'm a good fit culturally. For me that borders on culty and is a red flag. I would much rather hear from a recruiter that a workplace's "culture" is that they are accepting of all cultures, diversity, and personality types.

Hi everyone, I need your advice. I've been interviewing with MBB and Tier 2 firms over the past few years. However I was never well prepared for case studies.
