8 months ago I decided to give up alcohol for ~1 month after a few vacations to reset. waking up every day feeling great is way better than a little 🍺 so onward. If curious, give it a try

Positives:
- sleep improved, energy ⬆️
- lost fat
- mental health improved exponentially
- 👋 racing heart
- consistent HRV
- improved testosterone
- more $ to stocks

Negatives
- dopamine from one drink I do miss.
- some friendships that often included a drink have waned but still social w/ other friends
