What advice would you give a London-based writer/CD/ECD looking to work (remotely) for US-based clients? I’m relocating to Costa Rica for a few months next year so trying to make the time difference work. I don’t mind what sectors but, ideally, short-term writing gigs. Has anyone done any marketing for products sold within hotels? One of our food products (frozen dessert) will be available in a hotel chain shop. I joined bosch recently in coimbatore location. But most of my teammates and manager are from bangalore.
Now manager is asking me to relocate to Blore for few months to get trained from teammates.
Also he is saying he can't consider this as a business trip and hence cannot provide accommodation
Is this normal in bosch?

How much do senior associates talk to partners about the performance of juniors? I’m a first year who submits most of my work product to senior associates for review before partners ever see it. I get good feedback from the seniors but don’t hear much from the partners.

How are 1st year litigation associates dealing with WFH? I’ve been having terrible anxiety/panic attacks, and pretty sure my billables wont exceed 110 for April. My firm’s management is trying to survey other small to mid-size regional firms to get a feel for where the comp is now, especially in light of the big law increases that are making headlines, and to see just how far below market we may have fallen. Technical question: if I work for a firm in State A, am barred in State A, but live and work remotely in State B, where my firm has no presence, am I breaking any rules in State B?

Linguistic question, should an associate say "my partner" when talking to a client about a partner? To me this comes off like implying your also a partner, but saying "our partner" sounds weird too...
