It reminded me that rejection isn’t always about performance, sometimes it’s just business decisions behind the scenes. If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically. I have filed for 485 in July 2022 and hopeful that it’ll get approved before my H1B has to be renewed in May 2025. Is there any risk of travel king out of country multiple times on H1B before 485 approval?

I am working from EU since last year (internal transfer from India), also doing freelancing for an another startup since last 2 years and the payment is going to Indian account.
My employer assigned a tax consulting company in India to support me in filing tax, somehow the tax consulting firm found that bank account via AIS document (not sure how they get it in that doc), as they found some interest credited for that saving account. Will I be in trouble? will I have to pay penalty :(?
