I know some people meme Crossfit, but I recently joined a crossfit gym and I like it. I am still in the beginner phases so I am not doing anything crazy. After each workout I am sore, but feel great.
I personally hated going to the gym alone and can't motivate myself to do exercise at home. I like the group classes at the crossfit gym I go to.

there are also virtual crossfit places if you want the group environment at home.
I have zero equipment in my apartment so what I usually do is slow bear crawls (these kill) , burpees, pushups, situps, and squats
I also have very low attention span for workouts. Below are ones I have tried in 2021 at home
1) Peloton app - they have a good selection of pilates, yoga, Barre, and strength training so I like the variety. 12.99/month
2) I just got the app onyx yesteday and it's so unique it tracks your workout by taking like videos of your performance. Free
3) YouTube workouts like Chloe ting 2 week shreds or blogilates. Free
4) Kayla itnes bikini body guide. Use her app.
5) YouTube dance classes. Free
6) bought a jump rope to learn foot work. Lots of videos you can watch! I record myself to see progress.

Get some workout bands too for different exercises? They don’t take up much space. Also listen to some podcasts if your mind needs to be stimulated?
