Cause I wouldn’t have a job

Workday has a regularly scheduled updates every 6 months for all consultants to take to re-certify otherwise they lose their certifications after two missed ones, so every update is tracked in community. There's also only one version and its in the cloud, so everyone is using the same version consistently compared to Oracle which has many different versions new and old.
Makes sense that WD provides more robust training since they also have more stringency around certifications. I suppose I wasn’t clear but I was referring to Oracle Cloud aka Oracle Fusion, which is also cloud-based and has quarterly updates pushed out to all customers...and yet the materials available describing new release functionality and just the overall product is thin
So Customer Connect is relatively new and the Idea Lab as the sole source of enhancements is within the last 18 months, so I would say that’s a step in the right direction. Especially considering it used to be only MOS and some YouTube videos. However, I agree it could do with a lot more content from Oracle, but a lot of it is on us as SIs as well. Often times we develop really good content and don’t share it except internally. I also know first hand that the Oracle COE folks who are responsible for writing content to put out on CC are pulled in a hundred directions so they don’t have the time to dedicate to it.
I like CCC. Still growing, but pretty decent resource resource to ask questions of the user community. As with everything Oracle, some product teams are better than others.
You're right OP...WD Community is packed with content. Having used CCC in the past, I can confirm that it doesn't come close to WD Community.
Maybe in a few years it will catch up.
