A few years ago I moved from working in an agency to being the in-house CD for one of the Big 4 accountancy firms. That’s when I discovered that ad agencies are virtually kindergartens compared to the kind of toxicity you’ll find in the Big 4. I thought I understood politics but I was a lamb to the slaughter.
