Sounds like similar experiences I've had with symptoms of anxiety. Id look at things that might be stressing you out more than usual in the past month or even two months. For me its vertigo and dizziness, upset tummy, and nausea. When I feel those all in the same few days I know I need to cool out and take a look at my life and my choices lmao. Therapy also helps 😉
This sounds like something that happened to me a few years ago. Finally went to the doctor and the doctor sent me to an eye doctor. Have been wearing reading glasses ever since. Too much computer during the week 🤓
What's your substance and diet scenario? Pitch food, adderal, and sleep aids can really fuck you up.
Are you pregnant?
AD 2 thank you! I think you're right might be an anxiety thing. I'll set up a doc apt and I start therapy next Month lol
I think the above is true. Everyone who has anxiety experiences it in different ways and in different situations. Set up an appointment with a therapist and/doctor. They really help. I just started therapy a few weeks ago for anxiety and it has really helped me become more self aware of the triggers. Cut the caffeine intake all together. Even if seems like you're ok when you drink it, it it does awful things for people with anxiety. Also YouTube "guided progressive muscle relaxation" and spend 30 min practicing mindfulness. Might really help if this is anxiety or stress related.
OP all the speculation will lead to either false hope or unnecessary worry. Going to a doctor and getting a proper check up is best. Take care of yourself.
I think OP was doing a bit about his hangovers
If you have Chrohn's stop eating gluten and dairy for a while, get rid of all acidic foods (everything from tomatoes to dressing and greasy fried food). Eat clean, exercise, and meditate for a while and then see how you feel. Staying healthier is the only thing that has helped me keep mine under control.
These don't sound like Crohn 's symptoms but it could be stress/anxiety based if only on Sat mornings. As many said, Dr instead of us on here might be best!!!
Withdrawal from all the caffeine that you have every week night except Friday?
Amazing, thanks guys! Saw an urgent care doctor and he said he has no clue 🙄 going to meet with another later. Thanks again y'all
🙄 thanks guy
Nah man haven't had time to drink, and LB 2 you think so? I have crohns and was thinking the same but these symptoms are like clock work. Only on Saturdays.
OP Ahh I'm so glad I could help! I wish someone had said that to me when I was experiencing a lot of stress. The right therapist can be such a beautiful thing 🤗
Also, completely agree with @AD2. Therapy can be an amazing thing.
