A recruiter messaged me about a job I really wanted, but then completely stopped replying after I sent my info. I followed up with them for a couple of weeks, but they didn't respond. I finally just messaged the hiring manager directly since I liked the company so much, and now I have an interview. If they ask how I got to them, should I mention the recruiter who ghosted me or just keep that part out of it?

However I note that there was withholding of some amount in 2017-2018 and 2019 tax years ( withholding from comission received from insurance commission from lic and United india)

I have not filed 2017, 2018, 2019 return as my total income was less than threshold

Is it possible to file return for 2017 , 2018, 2019( all r in refund) now without paying any penalty?
