Hello everyone, I am graduating this May as a double major in business management and operations and supply supply chain management. I interned at a large 3PL last summer and it led to a full time offer as a operations supervisor. I am supposed to start this June but for some reason I'm not sure if I am on the right track. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I started to practise on Jenkins build.
I know a bit of python- used it in my automation frameworks. Need to start on containerization.
From Google I got know we need to have python, linux knowledge, ansible , chef, puppet and terraform- (good to have)
I also am preparing for azure 204.
Since you all are in devops real time, can you pls tell if I am in right path and how to gain some hands-on?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been with my company for 8+ yrs, I love my manager and the work I do (engagement, recognition, & wellness programs) but I feel like I’m limiting myself since I have the experience, an HRM degree, and SHRM-CP credentials.

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. 1) How is EY India? I have asked people working there and everyone has said positive things about the organisation. Wanted to double check.
