I have joined EY India about 3 months back and I want to move to EY GDS, is that possible?

Do pharma agencies intentionally over-promote / inflate titles so you’re stuck and not really qualified to leave?

I’ve been a creative strategist, account manager (both agency) and an ad sales operations manager (television/digital media) and I’m tired of bouncing around. I’m trying to narrow down paths that I can take now, but am at a loss. There are so many ways I could go. Because of my last two roles I have a great interest in creative operations type positions, but I’m not quite sure how actually land the job. Any thoughts?

I have almost one year of experience in Tech Support in a renowned MNC then moved to another MNC as fresher and has been system engineer for two years. I have automation testing skills but worked in manual testing.

Can someone suggest a right path for growth?

Apart from automation testing as suggestion what else (certifications or any as such) could help my growth for either salary or promotion?

SC to M, promotion in CBO.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.

Can anyone suggest if it's even possible to try to get promoted in 2 years? Just don't want to put in extra effort and getting disappointed later.

There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
