I’d consider walking away. If you have other good offers then the market has spoken.
So either this firm wants you or they don’t. This is a negotiation. They don’t get to see your cards
Have you countered at more than one place? Or just 1 and that’s the place asking?
Seems odd and it’s pretty easy to doctor up a document so not sure why anyone would want that. I have to assume there’s no way they can validate any of the information.
Yeah it screams something not good… toxic or whatever that is
Wow, I thought only Indian HR's had the audacity to ask such.
Anyway, you MUST tell them that you will be sharing the offer withholding some key details by hiding certain facts.
So ofcourse you must show your name and Salary, and the name of the title.
But you must leave out other details like terms of contract.
Disagree. Don’t share anything
I'd redact all the details except the offer numbers, then edit the offer number to add 20%, then send it.
You have no clue how the world works, and it's going to break you eventually
Agree I would share the numbers but not the names of the companies. Either screams toxic work culture or you have a really dumb recruiter that you’re negotiating with
