Anyone else experiencing rejection after rejection? I have 10+ years in customer facing support w/ the last 4 years in Customer Retention Escalations with high retention outcomes for subscription/contract based services. I’ve been trying to shift into Customer Success Management but not landing any interviews. Update resumes to coincide with every post, cover letters, you name it. Any suggestions to help improve outcomes? Lost my job and broke my ankle In the same week. Really need a win rn lol

Im a first year and this hasn’t happened to me at my firm and they tell us not to cut our own time, but my first firm (short stint, small firm) did this to me allll the time and made me feel guilty — so just curious if this has happened to anyone in big law.

I’ve worked at the same well known tech company since I graduated school 8 years ago. I’ve been promoted 3 times so I’ve held a few different jobs within my org.

BUT .. I’ve applied to a few companies and getting no responses. Is it a deterrent for hiring managers/recruiters that my experience is based primarily at one company?
