About to join EY. I have a very shitty personal phone. Should I buy a new one or can I use the $60 that EY gives to get a plan that includes phone payments along with plan payments

I have received an email from tcs that your address verification will be done abc company. My question is will there be different companies hired for different checks or will the same company carry further background checks like employment and education?

He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO.
