Accepted an offer and waiting for TN visa paperwork to start. Offer is obviously dependent upon securing a visa. At what point, should I give my 2 weeks notice?

I thought about getting the TN visa first, crossing the border and then giving my 2 weeks while working at my current job, but will i be in violation then?

My H1B is set to expire in Aug 2022, my employer is filing my extension, assuming I will get it till aug 2025 and I need to go to stamping.Parent is sick, needs to undergo a surgery. I want to go to India, to be with her during this time. My question here is if I go for visa stamping will I get stamping till Aug 2022 or aug 2025?
If I get stamping till Aug 2025, Can I come back before aug 2022 without any issue?
If I get stamping till Aug 2022, will there be any issues at port of entry

I recently accepted an offer to join a company (A) . They started my H1-B transfer and I received today the approval notice for the transfer.

However, I accepted last week a (better) offer at another company (B) and they will start soon my H1-B transfer.

I attend to tell company (A) on Monday that I will not be joining them. Will there be any issue with company B filing for a H1-B transfer soon?

Is it worth upgrading I-140 application to premium processing? USCIS received both 485 and 140 in Jan and receipt date says April for both.
