Advice for estimating effort for a sales and service cloud project. Shocked that my new company doesn’t have any excel calculator for this and it seems like they just guesstimated for all past projects. At my previous firm, we had an excel spreadsheet that had the features and number of config/development hours for each of those features. Is anyone able to share something similar?
