Drinking stomachful of water at a regular interval will help to reduce the food craving.

That’s true. I was once a back pain sufferer and the first advice that my Chiro gave was to drink a lot of water so that I need to get out and pee once in 30-45 mins. It helped a lot and it helps with the food craving too. Warm water is my choice.

Take pictures of everything you eat throughout the day or make a food journal and write it down to see what you’re eating. You can do it in your phone.

Drink peppermint tea! Eat something with protein for all meals and try to snack on healthy things like small qty of nuts, Apple..

I typically skip breakfast so I only eat in an 8 hour window. For me, it helps me eat a reasonable amount of calories a day

My meal plan involves eating throughout the day so that helps a lot and it actually is hard to keep up with sometimes. Typical day: protein shake, then Greek yogurt with fruit and granola, then lunch, then a healthy snack (usually nuts of some sort), then a protein bar, then dinner

Read the book The Power of Habit why we do what we do in life and business

Start intermittent fasting. You should begin with a 12 hour fast and move to 16 and eventually 18 hour fasts. While you fast, you can drink water/coffee.

I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.

I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.

Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
