I’m in the same boat. I have 2 years experience and about the same # of projects and I’ve submitted over 100 resumes to jobs that I’m well qualified for with 0 call back.
I’m editing my resume now to highlight projects rather than companies and I’m switching from bullet points to just using 2 summaries per project. 1 summary about what the project was and another about what I did on that project. Each summary is 1-2 sentences, 3 at the most.
Hope this helps. Happy hunting friend
Hey would you mind sending over your resume so I can view it for reference? I’m in the same boat and can’t figure out the format without making it look extremely wordy
For IT it does not matter how long your resume is. Ensure you list the companies, responsibilities & accomplishments. My resume is 3 pages and I don't have issues. It is about the content.
