Advice needed. Keep getting to the 3rd or 4th round of interview stage and not hearing back for weeks and ultimately told the role is put on hold or they are changing the role , or gave it to someone else but really want to stay in touch etc

I’ve asked for feedback and typically I get nothing but positive feedback from the recruiter

Any ideas how to lock down the role. I currently am at an agency but it’s become beyond toxic and would like to leave ASAP!!

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. So, I just joined a startup. No processes, no clear strategy, just one goal: selling. Getting leads. When ever I try to build a strategy, they (founders) swamp me with blablabla stories and not a single action plan. Is this the usual at startups? Also,no real company culture. At all. No HR. How many points? Caribbean Marriott Cat 3 property, 5 nights. They have an issue with the boiler so no hot water and shower stops in between. Ice cold showers for 4 days in a row 🥶. Hotel phones don’t work because network is down and only local channels work on tv. Last night they had a huge leak in the lobby. They kept knocking stuff all night to fix it and then left a large floor fan running. I understand it’s tough reopening so don’t want to push, plus they upgraded our room at check in.

Question: an employee was asked by his boss for same day turn around on responses/deliverables on a days he requested PTO. He completed the work. The manager wants to know if she can still deduct PTO time for the days requested, even though he completed work on those days. Help.
