After 3 zoom meetings, I’ve been invited to meet with all the head honchos in-person at the company I applied to. I’m excited and scared, and I’m not sure how to make the meeting great. I haven’t had to interview in a long time and this is a great position, but also a new position. Any suggestions for how to make a great presentation? Any advice would be helpful!

I’m 37 and I didn’t get nominated for PCEC (mckinsey partner election). Should I give it another year knowing that it generally takes 2 election cycles and I won’t be a partner until I’m 39? Do I explore exits in a recessionary economy? Or praise Christ, go to church more, and suck up my ego because I still have a shot and haven’t been CTLd? How much worse are my exit ops as an AP and how would that look with 2 years later?

Salaries would be comparable (Lilly would most likely be a little more with bonuses), but if the culture sucks, I’d hate to burn a bridge with Envigo.
