Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

5 days per year
16 hours or 2 full days!
Same with ours - and we have selected 3 main foundations near each office location so our volunteer work directly impacts our community and passions we stand for. 16 hours a year and they can be used however one pleases!
Employees aren’t required to only volunteer at just those though… they can volunteer for whatever their passionate about! We simply just found that a lot of employees collectively supported a lot of the same things from a company survey. And offering direct partnerships helped pave a path for them to get involved and allow employees to volunteer together.
Also,as a company, we partner with two large foundations near our headquarters and have for 20+ years, which are part of our list. But we’ve added much more since so it’s inclusive of many different things that fulfill our employees.
Unlimited time off and we actually require that each employee take a minimum 8 Social Good (ie Volunteer) hours off per year.
We give 16 hours a year. No rollover
