After a gap of 3 years since graduation, I am starting at a clinic as an assistant. There's so much to learn about, so I'm really nervous and doubting myself.

We all get to that point of doubting ourselves most of the time. But doubt shouldn't keep us from chasing our goals. Keep learning, keep going!

It's alright to feel nervous and doubtful at first. But you should realize one important thing, you braved through doubt and took your first step.

Hey, at least you showed up for yourself, OP. That's all that matters. There's so much to learn about, yes but there's so much you already know. Rooting for you!

We're on the same boat here, OP. It can really get scary to begin but thinking about it now, it's far scarier if I didn't do something to push myself forward.

The thing is you will learn a lot at that stage. You are full of anxiety and doubt, yes. But that's totally normal. That stage will make you strong.

There's nothing to worry about, OP. You can ask them for guidance. You can do it!

No. Don't doubt yourself, OP. I know you will perform well.

How is the work life balance in Citi?

Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Seeking honest advice here.

I’m 6 month pregnant with a good amount of lower back pain that gets worse with standing and walking. Insanely, I’d like to take my 2 older kids to Disney before the new baby arrives. Has anyone been to Disney Land (CA) and Disney World (FL)? I’m curious if Disney Land being smaller would be less walking and possibly a better option.

Final round! Panel interview w an assignment to present some ideas on how to increase customers for 1 of 5 key audience segments.
I’m most familiar with 1 as it’s the audience I work with at current job. Not enough info/experience with other 2 segments. Remaining segments I know enough but not as confidently.

Will it look like I took the easy way out if I chose my segment? They know it’s my current audience and has been for 8 yrs. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Forgive the basic question but can you contract around state statutes? For ex, customer wants to insert state contractor payment statutes and have that state law govern. I’m assuming the way around this is to have another more preferable state as choice of law?

Went in to check compare sizes for an Aqua Terra (green dial) but now torn between that and Moonwatch Sapphire (manual wind but the case in the back is just 😍)

Surprisingly the Moonwatch felt smaller (even though it’s 42mm vs 41mm Aqua terra) but I’m not sure about the manual wind tbh - worried I’d break it

This is going to be my main watch for the next 20+ years so I want to make sure I pick correctly!

What would you pick and why?
