Just got into a full time grad program for international affairs that starts in January of 2021. (completely changing careers). I need to stay working at my firm until then and possible after to get the billable hours for my CPA. I passed all 4 exams and I refuse to give let that go to waste...... how do I tell my employer I'll be going to school in a way that they'll still let me work part time? Extremely nervous they're just going to let me go.

I have a bachelor degree (5 year path designed with 150 credits for CPA). I already passed CPA. But now I’m debating if it’s worth it to get a master degree or MBA if I eventually leave big 4 because everyone around me have master’s degree. Is it something I should consider doing in my situation?

Y’all, 36+3, FTM and the weather has warmed up where I live (SE US), and the foot swelling has finally hit me 🥲 Wore cute sandals out yesterday - pretty comfy ones - but my feet and ankles were not cute by EOD. CEO has alluded to me being a great CoS based on recent exp, and longer term COO and has asked if I’m going to find the EA role limiting. I'm coming to the end of a contract term and being converted to FTE.

The offer was presented to me by the hiring manager and not HR/Recruiter. To me it is a lower base salary offer than expected, so I asked for info on the total compensation package (base, benefits, bonus, stock/rsu, etc.), which I was told about when they took me on under the contract with the intention to convert.

Hiring manager sends me an email with only standard benefits, no bonus, etc. Are these red flags?

For people who is currently working as a software engineer, what type of behavioral questions is being asked in interview? Can you give me some examples besides the normal ones like tell me about yourself/strength/weakness. I know questions varies on the type of positioning you interview for, which is why I asked particularly people who is working as a software engineer.
